I stumbled across this before and after photo of Katherine Heigl, which is claiming she had some type of lip augmentation, perhaps injections.Worst celebrity lips
Most of the time when you see a before and after plastic surgery photo, you can immediately notice a big difference, however in the case of Katherine Heigl I just don't see any signs of plastic surgery whatsoever.
